My job is analysing the latest session data or fiddling around with the suspension getting ready for the next session. Keeping a general eye on all things as well throughout the weekend is something I do as well

Responsible for preparation, maintenance, and performance of the motorcycle throughout each race weekend, ensuring it remains reliable, race-ready, and performing at its best.

Tyres
Race tyre fitting, strip and clean. Wheel and disc check for true after crash or any collision. Apply control stickers to wheels. Record all tyre data before and during race, including temperature, pressures, and wear patterns.

Clothing & Helper
Keeping the team looking professional along with graphics for the bike and general help amongst the team and with the bike on and off the grid.

Rider Mentor
I've been with Brayden since he came to the UK and have watched him grow year on year. I'm here as a mentor and to encourage him, pushing him to reach his full potential.

My role includes photography and GoPro filming around the circuits, as well as behind-the-scenes coverage from the garage and pit lane.
